Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily factory operations to achieve production quality and financial targets.
  
• Drive operational excellence through resource optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Develop and lead plant managers and cross-functional teams.
  
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure effective utilization of manpower equipment and materials.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety quality environmental and regulatory requirements.
  
• Foster a strong safety culture and support employee development and training.
  
• Monitor plant performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
  
• Manage operational risks and lead crisis response activities when needed.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Operations Management or a related field.
  
• Progressive experience in manufacturing and operations management including prior leadership roles.
  
• Strong knowledge of plant operations production management and continuous improvement methodologies.
  
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving operational performance.
  
• Understanding of quality systems compliance requirements and workplace safety standards.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
  
• Lean Manufacturing / Manufacturing Excellence experience.
  
• Strong problem-solving stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  
• Experience handling audits risk management and change management initiatives.
