Job Summary
- Lead overall factory operations from production planning to finished goods dispatch
- Develop production plans and ensure timely achievement of targets
- Monitor line efficiency productivity capacity utilization and production output
- Manage cutting sewing finishing packing and dispatch operations
- Drive quality standards defect reduction and rework control
- Optimize manpower deployment and workforce productivity
- Coordinate with PPC Merchandising Quality Maintenance Stores and HR
- Monitor production costs wastage overtime and operational expenses
- Ensure timely delivery of customer orders
- Implement Lean Manufacturing 5S Kaizen and continuous improvement
- Ensure factory compliance with safety labour and customer requirements
- Develop production teams and build a performance-driven culture
- Prepare and review factory MIS production reports and KPIs
