Job Description
Arya Bhangy is looking for an experienced Factory Manager / Factory In-Charge for our door manufacturing division.
The candidate should have strong experience in managing complete factory operations from raw material handling and production coordination to polishing finishing quality control packing and dispatch of finished doors.
Responsibilities
Manage complete factory operations and workforce
Supervise production assembly polishing finishing and packing
Ensure production targets and quality standards are maintained
Coordinate with carpenters machine operators and supervisors
Monitor inventory materials and production schedules
Ensure timely delivery of finished products
Maintain discipline efficiency and smooth factory workflow
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of factory management experience
Experience in wooden door manufacturing / furniture / interior production preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of production planning and quality control
Ability to independently handle factory operations
