Job Summary

About the Role:

The Facilities Administrator will ensure seamless daily functioning of the workplace bymanaging facility operations vendor coordination maintenance activities safety complianceand administrative support. This role is critical in maintaining a safe efficient and welcomingenvironment for employees visitors and partners.

What Youll Do:
  • Facilities Operations: Manage daily facility activities inspections maintenance housekeeping security andtimely issue resolution.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with facility vendors (housekeeping securitycafeteria HVAC) manageCCTV/access control monitor SLAs and support contractrenewals.
  • Office Administration: Handle office supplies pantry/HK inventory procurementseating allocation workstationsetup and facilities-related onboarding support.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure safety and statutory compliance conduct firedrills/EHS activities maintainsafety records and support visitor/accessmanagement.
  • Budget & Reporting: Assist with facility budgets track expenses and invoices andmaintain operational reportsand documentation.
What You Bring:
  • Strong organizational coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of facility management operations vendor handling and officeadministration.
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to facility issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic facility management tools/systems.
