Global Delivery Services refers to EYs worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EYs strategy by ensuring effective support to EYs growth agenda.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting Assurance Tax Strategy & Transactions and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless high-quality value-added support helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective high-skilled and innovative services to support EYs global and local enablement teams. The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced FIS Quantum/Trax/Integrity Treasury Application Specialist to support global clients in optimizing and managing their treasury operations using the FIS Quantum platform. This role provides an opportunity to work with a leading Treasury Management System that enables organizations to achieve centralized cash visibility streamlined payment processing and enhanced control over liquidity and financial operations.

You will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing FIS Quantums capabilities across cash management payments bank connectivity in-house banking forecasting and treasury accounting. Working closely with treasury finance and IT teams you will ensure seamless integration across systems improve operational efficiency and support compliance with global banking standards.

This role offers exposure to end-to-end treasury lifecycle activities including transaction processing automation reporting and process optimization while driving continuous improvement within a dynamic global environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for decision-making optimizing processes resource management and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.

• Accountable for allocating personnel supervising team members assigning tasks ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

Application Support & Maintenance

• Monitor and maintain the FIS Quantum/Trax/Integrity Treasury application environment to ensure system stability and performance
• Configure and manage components such as static data Cash Xplorer Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF) and interfaces
• Set up and manage Citrix Scheduler jobs for automation and reporting activities
• Support eBAM functionality for bank account management and electronic banking communication
• Troubleshoot system issues including FX deal failures interface errors and workflow disruptions
• Support system upgrades patching and enhancements
• Develop and maintain process documentation and knowledge repositories

Payments & Bank Connectivity

• Support end-to-end payment lifecycle including payment initiation validation approval workflows and transmission
• Manage bank connectivity channels (SWIFT FIN/FileAct Host-to-Host APIs)
• Configure transaction rules (SQL-based logic) to map bank and cash flows to treasury instruments
• Ensure compliance with global payment standards and formats (MT/MX messages)
• Monitor and resolve payment failures exceptions and connectivity issues

Cash & Liquidity Management

• Support cash positioning bank balance monitoring and global cash visibility
• Assist in cash forecasting and liquidity planning
• Enable treasury processes such as in-house banking and intercompany settlements
• Monitor and optimize cash flows and working capital efficiency

Integration & Reporting

• Ensure integration of bank statements (MT940 BAI2) and cashflow interfaces with Quantum and ERP systems
• Support reconciliation of bank transactions cash positions and accounting entries
• Generate operational reports dashboards and performance metrics
• Support data validation and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data

Client Interaction & Project Support

• Act as a primary point of contact for client queries incidents and issue resolution
• Participate in FIS Quantum/Trax/Integrity Treasury implementation and enhancement projects including requirement gathering configuration and UAT
• Support onboarding of new entities bank accounts and treasury processes
• Collaborate in transition projects and continuous service improvement initiatives
• Contribute to process optimization and automation within treasury operations

Skills and attributes for success

Ideally youll also:

• Hands-on experience with FIS Quantum/Trax/Integrity Treasury Management System including configuration and administration
• Strong understanding of treasury processes including in-house banking cash forecasting and intercompany settlements
• Experience with Cash Xplorer Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF) and system interfaces
• Knowledge of bank connectivity channels (SWIFT Host-to-Host APIs) and payment processing workflows
• Familiarity with financial messaging formats (MT and MX) and bank statement formats (MT940 BAI2)
• Experience with SQL-based transaction rules and data mapping logic
• Understanding of eBAM (electronic bank account management) and bank communication processes
• Exposure to treasury accounting reporting and reconciliation processes

• Receive direction from the Manager Senior Managers.
