GDS Finance Associate Manager EYP Ops

Your key responsibilities

• Collect analyse and disseminate data to management in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present reports based on data analysis.
• Assist in strategic planning and implementation of new or existing information systems.
• Oversee billing operations for a team ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop implement and enforce billing procedures and policies.
• Streamline effective billing processes across multiple markets
• Act as a mediator between Finance and Business to resolve issues pertaining to overdue invoice
• Proven skills to manage the Accounts receivable
• Act as the main point of contact for inquiries related to financial operations.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate billing operations.
• Develop and execute financial plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
• Resolve any issues related to billing processes

• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office primarily Excel and Power Point familiarity with tools like Alteryx Power BI Power pivot etc. will be an added advantage.
