Generate Business Object reports
Send notification e-mail to license owners for expiring govt authorizations
Collect annual sales report from the authorization owners
Communicate via phone / E-mail with the authorization owners and Export
compliance officers to close the actions required for authorization management.
Logical Access - Responsible for export controlled determination of various IT
requests from requestors from different countries.
Communicate via phone / E-mail with the Data owners project managers to
understand export determination of the data or IT system. Communicate with
Export Compliance officer in US and other countries to resolve the export
queries.
Continuous focus on process improvements and attending to various customer
requests in reference to export compliance activities.
2-4 years of work experience in any US MNC with SAP / ERP or any other Web
Enabled Tools preferably in a computerized work environment
Should be able to work any of the shift timings as required by the process
current shift timings are 1.00 pm to 10.00 pm
Knowledge about vendor/visitor screening process.
