This Role
Provides quality assurance and technical oversight for Financial Crime Prevention activities by reviewing AML/KYC FATCA/CRS and risk assessment deliverables ensuring regulatory compliance validating complex client structures and maintaining high standards of accuracy consistency and risk management across the function.
What You Will Do
- Youll review and validate AML/KYC CDD EDD FATCA and CRS deliverables across varying levels of complexity ensuring accuracy completeness quality and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Youll assess and validate risk assessments compliance conclusions escalation decisions periodic reviews regulatory reporting and complex client structures providing sound judgement and technical expertise to support effective financial crime prevention controls.
- Youll monitor review workflows deadlines and quality standards document review findings identify potential risks or deficiencies and ensure issues are escalated appropriately and addressed in a timely manner.
- Youll support regulatory compliance and operational excellence by maintaining in-depth knowledge of financial crime regulations performing quality control reviews promoting standardisation and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the function.
- Youll demonstrate strong communication decision-making and problem-solving skills while collaborating with stakeholders providing technical guidance and mentoring support to team members and fostering a culture of accountability quality and compliance.

Qualifications :
About You
- You hold a degree in Law or another relevant discipline with professional qualifications such as ACAMS considered a strong advantage.
- You have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in AML KYC Financial Crime Prevention Compliance Risk or a related regulatory environment with experience in a similar review-focused role being advantageous.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements AML/KYC frameworks CDD and EDD processes FATCA/CRS obligations and financial crime risk assessment methodologies.
- You demonstrate strong expertise in reviewing and validating complex client structures compliance documentation risk assessments regulatory reporting and quality control processes.
- You have excellent communication analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to maintain high-quality standards exercise sound judgement and support team development through coaching and mentoring.
