Job Title: Senior PowerApps Developer & Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PowerApps Developer & Architect to lead the design development and management of PowerApps solutions. This role combines technical expertise with managerial responsibilities overseeing project delivery defining architectural standards and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power Platform experience in enterprise architecture and leadership skills to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Development:

• Design develop and customize PowerApps applications to meet business requirements.
• Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft 365 services Dynamics 365 and third-party systems.
• Optimize PowerApps performance and ensure security best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PowerApps solutions.

Architectural:

• Define and maintain the architecture standards and best practices for Power Platform solutions.
• Lead the design of scalable reusable and maintainable PowerApps architectures.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure PowerApps solutions align with overall IT strategy.
• Evaluate new features and capabilities of Power Platform to enhance existing solutions.

Managerial & Leadership:

• Lead mentor and guide a team of PowerApps developers and analysts.
• Coordinate project planning resource allocation and delivery timelines.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs translating them into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• 10 years of experience in Power Platform development with a strong focus on PowerApps.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level PowerApps solutions.
• Strong understanding of Power Automate Power BI and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Experience with Azure services Common Data Service (Dataverse) and data modeling.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle Agile methodologies.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
