Job Summary
1. Inventory & Store Management
- Receive incoming automobile parts tools and materials and verify against purchase orders.
- Maintain proper storage labeling and binning of spare parts and components.
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure FIFO/LIFO practices as applicable.
2. Dispatch & Logistics
- Plan and execute dispatch of automobile parts to dealers service centers or customers.
- Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices delivery challans and packing lists.
- Coordinate with transporters/courier services for timely deliveries.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.
