Job Summary
- Perform or coordinate laboratory testing (microbiological chemical and physical analysis).
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP GMP GHP ISO 22000 and applicable FSSAI regulations.
- Maintain quality records inspection reports and documentation.
- Investigate product quality issues customer complaints and non-conformities.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct internal audits and support external regulatory or certification audits.
- Train production staff on food safety hygiene and quality procedures.
Qualifications :
- ./. in Food Science Microbiology Chemistry Biotechnology or related fields.
- ./. in Food Technology or Food Engineering.
