Your Profile
- Manage operational and administrative activities to ensure smooth and timely execution of projects.
- Coordinate with partners and vendors for invoice follow-ups and related documentation.
- Travel for site inspections and oversee on-ground event execution.
- Plan finalize and close cost sheets for Sunburn Reload shows.
- Plan and execute accreditation processes for Sunburn Arena and Sunburn Festival events.
- Provide operational support during live events to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage backend event operations including P&L tracking accreditations F&B coordination and other operational processes.
Your Checklist
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Strong communication coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and event execution.
- A proactive detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
