Position Summary

The Executive to Program Directors Office plays a critical role in operational excellence supporting the Program Director and Head of Site in the successful delivery of the position acts as the operational and administrative backbone of the account ensuring accurate management reporting client performance tracking data analysis governance support and account administration.

This role will act as a strategic lever in driving the organizations long-term objectives and deliverables.

This role is ideally suited for an individual seeking to build a career in client management strategy business insights QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

Management Reporting & Analytics

  • Audit operational financial and service performance data for client & leadership reporting.
  • Publish weekly monthly quarterly and annual performance indicators.
  • Identify trends and provide strategic insights to enhance reporting.
  • Own and manage Monthly Business Review (MBR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations for internal and client leadership.

Client Account Support

  • Operationalize and manage administrative and coordination support for the Program Director.
  • Ensure timely completion of client requests action items and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare meeting agendas minutes and action trackers.
  • Co-partner with Operations Finance Technology Travel Partnerships and Quality teams for reporting purposes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The successful candidate will be measured on:

  • Timely completion of client action items and deliverables.
  • Compliance with reporting financial administrative and governance processes.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Experience with business reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance Hospitality Tourism Communications or a related discipline.
  • Equivalent professional experience may be considered.

Experience

  • 4-5 years of experience in client services account management business support project coordination reporting program management support or a related role.
  • Previous experience supporting corporate clients is preferred.
  • Experience in financial services premium customer service loyalty programs concierge services travel services or hospitality is preferred.
