Job Summary:
The Senior Executive People & Culture is responsible for driving end-to-end people operations talent acquisition employee engagement learning and development performance management HR compliance and culture-building initiatives for Deerns India.

The role acts as a trusted partner to the Director and business leaders supporting workforce planning organizational development employee experience and strategic people initiatives while ensuring alignment with global People & Culture practices. The position also oversees key administration activities and collaborates closely with the Global People & Culture team to support business growth and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate positions across India.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop hiring plans.
Manage recruitment agencies sourcing channels LinkedIn Recruiter and employer branding initiatives.
Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-hire cost-per-hire and hiring effectiveness.

People Operations & Employee Lifecycle

Manage onboarding probation reviews confirmations transfers and exit processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Oversee attendance leave administration payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
Support employee mobility requirements including visa processing travel coordination and insurance.

Performance Management & Learning

Coordinate annual performance management cycles including goal setting reviews and appraisals.
Partner with managers to identify development needs and succession planning opportunities.
Design and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee capability and leadership effectiveness.

Employee Engagement & Culture

Lead employee engagement initiatives wellness programs and recognition activities.
Support implementation of Great Place to Work (GPTW) DEIB and employee well-being initiatives.
Drive internal communication and culture-building programs to strengthen employee experience and retention.

Compensation & Benefits

Support compensation benchmarking salary structuring and annual increment processes.
Coordinate employee insurance programs health check-ups and benefits administration.
Ensure competitive and compliant reward practices aligned with business requirements.

HR Compliance & Governance

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws statutory requirements and internal policies.
Support HR audits policy reviews and documentation management.
Coordinate POSH compliance activities and employee awareness programs.

HR Analytics & Reporting

Develop and maintain HR dashboards and management reports.
Track recruitment attrition engagement diversity and training metrics.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.

Administration & Business Support

Oversee office administration activities through the Admin Officer.
Support vendor management procurement coordination and facility management.
Coordinate leadership visits company events and employee-related logistics.
Collaborate with Finance IT and Global People & Culture teams on cross-functional initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary People & Culture contact for employees and managers.
Support the Director on strategic people initiatives and organizational planning.
Coordinate with Global People & Culture teams to ensure alignment with international standards and practices.

Job requirements

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelors/masters degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.

  • 7 years of experience in HR and administrative functions preferably in a corporate or MNC environment.

  • Strong command of MS Office HRMS tools Microsoft apps AI tools and calendar management systems.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Hindi and Marathi languages.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with professionalism.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive and independent working style.
