Job Summary
Job Title: Executive Operations & Dispatch (Inventory & Logistics) Location: Bangalore Experience: 25 years (operations/logistics/inventory roles preferred) Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented operations professional to manage order processing finished goods stock and dispatch coordination. The role will ensure smooth execution of daily operations especially for online orders and production-linked inventory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and schedule Amazon/online orders and ensure timely processing 2. Coordinate packing activities and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment 3. Maintain floor stock of finished goods (FG) to support uninterrupted dispatch 4. Update inventory and transaction data in Tally accurately and regularly 5. Generate reports and extract data from Tally as required 6. Arrange dispatches and coordinate with transporters/logistics partners 7. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery 8. Work closely with production and operations teams for demand planning and stock Availability Requirements: 1. Experience in operations inventory or dispatch/logistics roles 2. Working knowledge of Tally (data entry report extraction) 3. Good coordination and organizational skills 4. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks 5. Basic understanding of inventory and order management 6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Preferred: Experience handling e-commerce order processing (Amazon/online platforms) Exposure to warehouse/FG stock management
