WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Deliver strong functional expertise creativity and entrepreneurial leadership to meet the business needs of the operations.
• Ensure guest rooms status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner.
• Works effectively with Engineering Team on guestrooms maintenance needs.
• Ensure s that all Housekeeping and Laundry operations are in compliance with housekeeping policies standards and procedures.
• Demonstrate and communicates key drivers of guest satisfaction for brands Target Customers.
• Emphasize Guest Satisfaction and focus on continuous improvement.
• Ensure smooth functioning of the department.
• Act as an Accor Ambassador aiming to enhance the company image and market reputation.

Qualifications :

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Strong process orientation;
• Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills;
• Entrepreneurial thinks out of the box;
• Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the network
• Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive luxury hotel experience of which at least 2 to 3 years in similar role.
• Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
• Successful pre-opening experience will be a distinct advantage.
