Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate sales invoices/bills accurately and timely.
- Verify sales orders dispatch details and billing documents before invoice generation.
- Maintain billing records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with sales dispatch warehouse and accounts teams for smooth billing operations.
- Ensure GST compliance in sales invoices and maintain proper tax records.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Monitor pending invoices debit notes and credit notes.
- Assist in collection follow-up and customer ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain records in ERP/accounting software such as SAP / ERP systems.
- Support month-end closing activities and MIS reporting.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and internal controls.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree in Commerce () or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST.
- 03 years of experience in billing/accounts.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Experience in ERP/Tally systems preferred.
