Logistics Partner Management: Conduct weekly performance review meetings with external LPs. Provide structured data-driven feedback track SLA compliance and resolve operational friction.
Exception Handling & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify stuck shipments define strict resolution TATs for tail shipments and swiftly resolve any non-delivery related issues on the ground.
Operations & Cycle Closure: Drive end-to-end shipment cycle closure and ensure the accurate operational closure of marketplace orders and related documentation.
