Executive Assistant to Director
Job Summary
We are a fast-growing sourcing and supply chain solutions company seeking a highly organized proactive and discreet Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive support to our this dynamic business environment you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations managing executive priorities coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and handling confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
As an Executive Assistant to the Director you will be responsible for managing the Directors calendar scheduling meetings appointments and prioritizing commitments to maximize productivity. You will also be responsible for arranging domestic and international travel including flight bookings accommodation transportation and itinerary management.
You will handle confidential emails correspondence phone calls and official communications on behalf of the Director; draft edit and proofread business documents. You will also be responsible for coordinating with procurement sourcing operations finance sales logistics and external partners to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
Furthermore you will prepare reports presentations MIS meeting agendas minutes of meetings (MOM) and data analysis using MS Office and Google Workspace. You will also assist in business planning project coordination vendor communications follow-ups negotiations and special business initiatives.
As an Executive Assistant to the Director you will be responsible for maintaining filing systems managing office documentation tracking expenses overseeing administrative tasks and providing support in basic accounting and documentation activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in any field and 3-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant. The candidate should have excellent organizational and time management skills strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
The candidate should also be proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
