Job Summary
Key Responsibilities 1. Chairmans Priorities & Time Management
- Manage the Chairmans calendar priorities meetings reviews and commitments.
- Ensure the Chairmans time is allocated towards strategic value-creating and business-critical activities.
- Screen issues prioritize matters and ensure important decisions receive timely attention.
- Maintain visibility of key pending decisions approvals and action items.
- Monitor execution of annual business plans across all departments.
- Track targets versus achievements in sales production dispatch collections profitability projects and other key business metrics.
- Identify deviations from plans and ensure corrective actions are initiated.
- Prepare periodic reviews for the Chairman highlighting achievements risks delays and opportunities.
- Maintain a comprehensive tracker of instructions commitments decisions and action items arising from meetings and reviews.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with department heads and key stakeholders.
- Escalate delays unresolved issues and execution gaps.
- Ensure accountability is maintained throughout the organization.
- Act as the central coordination point between the Chairman and all departments.
- Ensure smooth communication and information flow across the organization.
- Coordinate with Production Sales Marketing Finance HR R&D Commercial Purchase Projects and other functions as required.
- Ensure departments remain aligned with organizational priorities.
- Review departmental performance and highlight shortfalls bottlenecks and risks.
- Seek explanations action plans and timelines from concerned teams whenever required.
- Ensure key performance commitments are monitored and reviewed regularly.
- Bring critical matters to the Chairmans attention before they become significant issues.
