About the Role
We are looking for a proactive highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication coordination and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.

Arrange domestic and international travel including flight bookings hotel reservations visas (if required) and travel itineraries.

Prepare presentations reports meeting agendas and Minutes of Meeting (MOM).

Screen and manage emails calls and correspondence ensuring timely follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless communication.

Track action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Organize business meetings leadership visits and corporate events.

Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.

Maintain executive records documentation and files.

Provide administrative and operational support as required.
Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any discipline.

2 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant Personal Assistant or in a similar role.

Experience supporting CEO CXO Partner or other senior leadership stakeholders.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational coordination and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).

Hands-on experience in calendar management travel coordination expense management and stakeholder management.

Ability to multitask prioritize effectively and work under tight deadlines.
