Key Responsibilities -
Network Maintenance: Execute routine preventive corrective and breakdown maintenance of Steel and MDPE (Medium Density Polyethylene) gas pipelines valve chambers and Cathodic Protection (CP) systems.

Asset Integrity & Diagnostics: Monitor network health through health surveys pipeline surveillance and gas loss monitoring; manage line diversions or asset relocations as required.

Safety & Compliance (HSE): Enforce strict implementation of Work Permit systems HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) and PNGRB guidelines. Conduct safety tool-box talks with on-site contractors.

Vendor & Liaison Management: Coordinate with utility companies (MCGM MMRDA etc.) for Dial-before-Dig protocols to prevent third-party damage. Oversee on-site contractor performance and verify billing measurements.

Emergency Response: Provide 24/7 support for gas leakages fire emergencies or network failures to minimize downtime.

Customer Resolution: Interface with the CRM team to resolve external industrial commercial and domestic customer complaints regarding gas supply.
