EV Service Technician- KerelaTamil Nadu

We are hiring Service Technicians responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining EV scooters while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to service centre processes.

• Diagnose EV scooters and perform required repairs
  
• Capture Voice of Customer (VOC) and update WMS (Getafix)
  
• Communicate repair status to customers
  
• Repair and replace scooter components
  
• Maintain clean and safe service bays
  
• Handle invoicing and payment collection
  
• Follow all service centre SOPs and safety guidelines
  

• Male candidates only
  
• Minimum 1 year experience in 2-wheeler servicing
  
• Basic knowledge of EV systems preferred
  
• Good communication and customer handling skills
