Job Summary
Job Title: Manager / Sr Manager - ERP Implementation & Support
Job Location: Mumbai
CTC: upto 25 LPA
- Managing ERP program for MS Dynamics 365 F&O from the technical and functional both sides.
- Establish mechanisms to monitor progress risks issues and dependencies.
- Drive change management and communication to ensure adoption across functions.
- Engage with users to gather requirements align expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
- Drive end-user training programs in collaboration with business and partner teams.
- Strong understanding on planning go-live execution and post-go-live stabilization.
- Oversee solution design configuration testing data migration and deployment activities including support.
- Ensure proper integration of F&O with POS banking HR supply chain and other third-party systems.
- Manage master data governance reporting requirements and compliance (e.g. GST audit trail).
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven track record in MS Dynamics 365 F&O end-to-end implementation (at least 23 full cycles preferred).
- Deep understanding of Finance Supply Chain Procurement Inventory and F&B processes.
- Knowledge of system integration data migration reporting and compliance (GST SOX IFRS).
- Dev ops experience will be an advantage.
- Project Management Capability.
