EpicCare Ambulatory Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced EpicCare Ambulatory Analyst to join our healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing configuring supporting and optimizing the EpicCare Ambulatory module. This role involves collaborating with physicians clinicians operational stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to improve outpatient clinical workflows and deliver high-quality patient care solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure maintain and support the EpicCare Ambulatory application.
  
• Gather analyze and document business and clinical requirements from ambulatory care stakeholders.
  
• Design build test validate and deploy EpicCare Ambulatory enhancements and system changes.
  
• Support outpatient clinical workflows provider documentation patient encounters order management and clinical decision support.
  
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely production support.
  
• Participate in Epic implementations system upgrades optimization initiatives and enhancement projects.
  
• Perform unit testing integrated testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  
• Develop and maintain build documentation workflow diagrams technical specifications and user documentation.
  
• Collaborate with other Epic application analysts to ensure seamless integration with MyChart Cadence Prelude Orders and other Epic modules.
  
• Ensure all configurations comply with Epic best practices organisational standards and healthcare regulations.
  

Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on experience with the EpicCare Ambulatory module.
  
• EpicCare Ambulatory Certification is mandatory.
  
• Experience in Epic build configuration implementation testing and production support.
  
• Strong understanding of outpatient clinical workflows provider documentation patient care processes and ambulatory operations.
  
• Experience supporting integrated Epic clinical applications.
  
• Excellent analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  

Mandatory Requirements

• EpicCare Ambulatory Certification (Mandatory)
  
• Minimum 3 years of relevant EpicCare Ambulatory experience
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Willing to work 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST (Eastern Time Shift).
  
• Must work from the Kondapur Hyderabad office (5 days per week).
  
• Strictly Work From Office No Work From Home or Hybrid.
  
• Candidates who can join immediately or are currently serving a 1520 day notice period will be given preference.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in U.S. healthcare environments.
  
• Knowledge of ambulatory clinic operations outpatient workflows clinical documentation and patient care processes.
  
• Experience integrating EpicCare Ambulatory with MyChart Cadence Prelude Orders and other Epic modules.
  
• Understanding of Epic implementation methodology and healthcare interoperability.
  
• Strong documentation stakeholder management and communication skills.
