Job Summary
Position: Engineer/Sr Engineer/Deputy Manager – Vision System (Industrial Automation)
Location: Cochin
Qualification: in Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Robotics and Automation / Applied Electronics.
Experience: 3-6 years of hands-on experience in machine vision system design deployment and support. Hands-on experience with machine vision platforms - Cognex Keyence Omron Basler Datalogic National Instruments (Vision Builder/LabVIEW) or equivalent.
Job Summary:
Responsible for the design development integration and maintenance of machine vision systems used for automated inspection quality control and process monitoring across manufacturing lines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and development of machine vision inspection systems for new and existing machines/projects.
2. Selection of cameras lenses lighting and vision processors/software suited to the application.
3. Vision system integration with PLC/HMI and overall machine control systems.
4. Programming and configuration of vision software.
