Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Engineering Standards & Practices lifecycle across global operations.
  
• Maintain and govern engineering standards portfolio registers review cycles and adoption tracking.
  
• Coordinate standards reviews change management governance approvals and publication readiness.
  
• Draft edit and update engineering standards procedures and technical practices.
  
• Manage governance board meetings decision packs action tracking and compliance documentation.
  
• Coordinate with engineering manufacturing process safety and operational teams for standards alignment.
  
• Ensure integration of industry standards regulatory requirements and technical updates into internal practices.
  
• Monitor standards adoption rollout activities training support and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Maintain knowledge management systems standards libraries and technical documentation repositories.
  
• Support process safety operational risk management and engineering compliance initiatives.
  
• Track portfolio health review cadences gap registers and closure of open actions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to ensure governance effectiveness and operational consistency.

Requisites

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards controlled documentation and governance processes.
  
• Familiarity with industry standards such as API ASME NFPA IEC ISO and OSHA.
  
• Experience in standards management technical documentation and change control processes.
  
• Strong understanding of process safety operational risk and engineering compliance practices.
  
• Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder reviews and governance forums.
  
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
  
• Experience with portfolio tracking reporting dashboards and standards lifecycle management.
  
• Ability to manage cross-functional and global teams in a collaborative environment.
