Job Summary

Engineering Manager Technology (AI-First) will lead Dentalkarts engineering team overseeing software delivery system architecture AI adoption engineering excellence and team development. The role is responsible for scaling high-traffic e-commerce platforms integrating AI into engineering and products ensuring platform security and compliance and driving collaboration across Product Operations and Leadership.

Requirements

812 years of software engineering experience including 23 years in an engineering leadership role.

Minimum 5 years of experience building and scaling high-traffic e-commerce platforms.

Strong expertise in React React Native cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) DevOps and system architecture.

Hands-on experience with AI technologies including LLMs RAG AI coding assistants and ML integration.

Knowledge of Agile Jira CI/CD secure SDLC DPDP Act 2023 and PCI-DSS.

Strong leadership mentoring communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
