Engineering Associate

• Support senior engineers in the design development and implementation of engineering solutions and technical projects
• Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications process flows and system diagrams
• Conduct testing troubleshooting and quality assurance activities to identify and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements provide technical insights and contribute to project planning and execution
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
• Develop and maintain technical solutions while ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations
• Support the troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems reported by clients or internal stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements
• Maintain and update existing systems applications and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related technical field
• 1-3 years of professional experience in engineering software development or a related technical role
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Python Java C or JavaScript)
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering best practices
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Ability to read write and review technical documentation and code
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
