Track project performance and raise alerts for any concerns
Identifynon-compliances and inefficiencies
Trigger early warnings/ corrective actions for high ageing WIP/Debtors
Identifyprocess/project gaps and run improvement initiatives
Generate management reports inaccurateandtimelymanner
Monitor expense approvals andClosureof pursuits ona timelybasis
