Job Description:
At BMW TechWorks India a joint venture between the BMW Group and Tata Technologies we engineer in India for the world. With our offices in Pune Bengaluru and Chennai we are a key building block in delivering software and IT solutions for whole BMW. Starting from contributions to the software defined vehicle (SDV) digital infotainment to automotive digital services.
In our project we develop software stack to manage and control a wide range of exterior lights as well as BCM functions of the car. For this endeavor we need a team of highly motivated engineers to develop test and maintain the software.
Task Description
- Development of embedded software.
- Single point of contact and building up an agile team.
- Analysis and refinement of high-level requirements into Software requirements.
- Development of detailed design and test cases.
- Defect analysis and debugging.
- Ensuring software quality compliance with process and coding rules.
Required Skills
- Experience with automotive software architecture and tools.
- Strong expertise in C Python and automotive specific-tools.
- Expertise in agile development (e.g Scrum).
- Understanding and Experience of CAN LIN Flexray Ethernet communication.
- Understanding and Experience with real-time operating systems.
- Understanding of ISO26262 ASPICE.
- Experience with development build and version control such as Github Zuul JIRA CodeBeamer Lauterbach Google test.
Qualification
- University Degree in Computer Science Automotive Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of proven work experiencein automotive software development.
- Certified Scrum master (optional).
