Positions -Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Qualification - . Or Diploma (Electrical Electronic Instrumentation )

Salary - Hike on current CTC Bonus

1. (Mandatory) :-
2. Should have hands on experience in electrical maintenance trouble shooting of breakdowns in CNC grinding machines- VMC HMC Honing machines SPM machines.
3. Should have experience of troubleshooting of Electrical equipments like Servo Drives encoders PLC modules Power supplies sensors used in CNC/ SPM machines.
4. He should have knowledge of control and power circuits of machines and be able to read electrical drawings.
5. Should have skill of trouble shooting of problems related to CNC machines.
6. Should have knowledge on Fanuc system and PLC systems.
7. Can work under high production pressure environment.
8. Can read the electrical machine drawings.
9. Should know basic maintenance systems like MTTBF MTTR Uptime Why-Why analysis.
10. Should know the basics of 5S Kaizen concepts.

Should have good idea of Safety and safe work environment.
