Job Description Summary

We are inviting applications for our Apprenticeship Program within the Project Development Services (PDS) team. This program offers fresh graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on industry exposure work closely with experienced professionals and develop practical skills in project development and execution within the commercial real estate sector.

Job Description

  • Assist senior engineers in reviewing design basis reports drawings and project development activities.

  • Support the team in design coordination and implementation of projects.

  • Conduct site inspections to monitor daily project progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.

  • Prepare progress reports documentation and presentations to track and communicate project updates.

  • Collaborate with architects contractors and other cross-functional stakeholders involved in the project lifecycle.

  • Support project management activities including scheduling budgeting and resource coordination.

  • Stay updated with industry trends technologies and best practices relevant to project execution.

  • Assist in testing and commissioning of civil electrical and mechanical systems.

  • Participate in training and development programs designed to enhance technical and professional skills.

  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in line with company safety policies.

  • Support quality control processes to ensure projects meet safety environmental and performance standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering () in Civil Mechanical or related disciplines.

  • Architecture graduates are also encouraged to apply.
