Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced EHS Manager to lead and oversee all Environment Health & Safety initiatives within the organization. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements implementing safety programs minimizing risks and fostering a culture of safety across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop implement and maintain EHS policies procedures and guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with local state and national environmental health and safety regulations
  • Conduct risk assessments safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
  • Lead incident investigations and ensure proper root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
  • Plan and execute safety training programs and awareness campaigns for employees
  • Monitor workplace conditions and ensure safe work practices are followed at all times
  • Maintain EHS documentation reports and compliance records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS standards into daily operations
  • Manage emergency preparedness programs including drills and response planning
  • Track EHS performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Liaise with external regulatory authorities and auditors
  • Ensure proper waste management pollution control and sustainability practices
  • Drive a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Engineering Occupational Health & Safety or related field
  • 810 years of experience in EHS roles preferably in manufacturing construction or industrial environments
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations standards and compliance requirements
  • Experience in safety audits risk assessment and incident investigation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Effective communication and training skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and EHS management systems
