Job Summary

Coordinate the academic and operational activities of the pre-primary section.

Support teachers in lesson planning classroom practices and activity-based learning.

Monitor curriculum implementation and ensure age-appropriate teaching practices.

Observe classrooms and provide constructive feedback to teachers.

Coordinate assessments and monitor student development and progress.

Plan and coordinate events activities celebrations and parent-engagement programmes.

Maintain effective communication with teachers parents and school leadership.

Support teacher training and professional development initiatives.

Ensure a safe nurturing and child-friendly learning environment.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Education or a relevant field.

. NTT . Montessori or other recognized teacher-training qualification.

Prior experience in pre-primary/early-years education is required.

Experience in a coordination or leadership role is preferred.

Strong classroom-management and team-coordination skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Good understanding of early childhood education and development.
