Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced E-Way Bill Executive to manage end-to-end E-Way Bill operations ensuring compliance with GST regulations and smooth movement of goods. The role involves generating updating and monitoring E-Way Bills coordinating with logistics teams and maintaining statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate update modify and cancel E-Way Bills as per GST regulations.
• Ensure timely preparation of E-Way Bills before dispatch of goods.
• Verify invoices delivery challans purchase orders transporter details and GST documentation.
• Coordinate with dispatch warehouse logistics transporters and sales teams for smooth shipment movement.
• Monitor validity of E-Way Bills and extend validity whenever required.
• Resolve E-Way Bill errors portal issues and transportation-related discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of E-Way Bills and related documentation for audit purposes.
• Ensure compliance with GST laws and transportation regulations.
• Coordinate with finance and taxation teams regarding GST documentation and reconciliations.
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports on E-Way Bill generation and dispatch status.
• Handle transporter coordination and vehicle updates in the E-Way Bill portal.
• Support internal and external GST audits by providing required documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance dispatch efficiency and compliance.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST and E-Way Bill regulations.
• Experience using the GST E-Way Bill Portal.
• Knowledge of logistics transportation warehouse and dispatch processes.
• Good understanding of invoice verification and statutory documentation.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP Oracle Tally Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
