Experience:

2-3 years of relevant experience in E-commerce Marketplace Management.
Prior experience in leading supervising or coordinating with an e-commerce operations team will be preferred.
Experience in Retail Textile Garments Fashion Printing Consumer Goods or related industries will be an advantage.
Proven track record of contributing to online sales growth and marketplace performance.
Familiarity with marketplace seller panels inventory management systems and online retail operations.

Salary Range: 40k to 45k

Roles:

Manage and optimize online sales across Amazon Flipkart Meesho and other marketplaces.
Handle product listings catalog management pricing updates and inventory coordination.
Monitor marketplace performance sales trends and competitor activities.
Lead and coordinate with the e-commerce team to ensure smooth operations.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns offers and marketplace advertisements.
Resolve marketplace-related issues customer escalations and account health concerns.
Generate sales reports and provide insights to improve online revenue.
Coordinate with dispatch warehouse and customer support teams for order fulfillment.
Ensure timely updates of product information stock availability and marketplace compliance.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.
Degree/Diploma in Commerce Business Administration Marketing E-commerce or related fields will be preferred.
Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations and online retail business processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools is desirable.
