What does a Division Vice President of Global Accounts at TaskUs really do

Think of yourself as a strategic leader whose primary responsibility is to align our global operations teams and drive operational consistency and peak performance for our largest most critical clients. You are a transformative change-agent who excels at building deeply trusted this role you will bridge the gap between different regions across the globe - ensuring that best practices innovations and lessons learned flow seamlessly from region to region to drive shared success. You will champion operational uniformity and take full accountability for the operational governance of our prestigious Global Accounts portfolio.

As a Division Vice President of Global Accounts you will:

Lead Global Governance: Establish and execute a robust operational governance model to ensure efficiency uniformity and consistency across all geographic delivery centers.

Drive Account Excellence: Oversee a high-performing team of Global Account leaders who manage the day-to-day consistency efficiency and scale of our legacy portfolio.

Partner Collaboratively: Align seamlessly with Client Services and Operations leaders presenting a united front and a unified strategy to our clients.

Deliver Thought Leadership: Champion quarterly business reviews (QBRs) bringing data-driven insights persuasive win-themes and proactive growth opportunities to the table.

Own the Metrics: Establish clear operational goals analyze growth trends and provide accurate forecasting progress reports and status updates for portfolio opportunities.

Master the Portfolio: Develop a deep comprehensive understanding of TaskUs suite of specialized services and solutions to proactively solve complex client challenges.

Do you have what it takes to become a DVP of Global Accounts Requirements:

Experience: 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience specifically managing large-scale global accounts within a BPO setting.

Communication Mastery: Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of managing high-stakes executive-level client relationships.

Strategic Vision: Strong project management background with the ability to turn complex operational hurdles into streamlined global processes.

Tech-Forward Mindset: A genuine passion for revolutionary technology AI-driven solutions and next-gen customer experience.

Drive: Energetic self-motivated and comfortable leading both independent initiatives and massive cross-functional teams.

Travel: Ability to travel 5075% globally to connect with our international teams and clients.
