Job description of Area Sales Manager
- Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing a sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Team Management: Leading and managing a team of sales representatives ensuring they are motivated well-trained and meeting their individual targets.
- Dealer/ Distributor Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients distributors and dealers.
- Product Knowledge: Having in-depth knowledge of decorative paints including features benefits and competitive advantages to effectively communicate with customers.
- Reporting: Providing regular reports on sales performance market trends and competitor activities to higher management.
- Travel: Traveling within the assigned area to meet with clients attend trade shows and visit distributors.
- Market Expansion: Identifying new market segments and opportunities for business expansion.
