Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Executive to manage dispatch operations vehicle coordination documentation and timely delivery of finished goods. The role involves close coordination with production warehouse transporters and customers to ensure smooth dispatch activities and adherence to delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities as per sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Prepare dispatch documents including invoices e-way bills delivery challans LR copies and transport documentation.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for vehicle placement and timely dispatches.
- Ensure accurate loading and dispatch of materials as per customer requirements.
- Monitor dispatch schedules and track deliveries to ensure on-time shipment.
- Maintain dispatch records vehicle details and transportation logs.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for material availability and dispatch readiness.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues delays shortages or transportation concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Generate daily weekly and monthly dispatch reports for management review.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of dispatch operations and logistics coordination.
- Familiarity with e-way bill generation and dispatch documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple dispatches simultaneously.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing construction materials cement paints ceramics or related industries preferred.
- Understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
- Experience in handling dispatch documentation and vehicle coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Logistics Supply Chain or Operations will be an added advantage.
