Position Summary:

As an Engineering Director you will combine technical leadership with a strong people-first approach driving engineering excellence scalable processes and effective commercial execution. In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead a globally distributed engineering organization supporting order execution engineered-to-order solutions product development research and product lifecycle management.
- Provide strategic direction to align global engineering priorities with business objectives and customer needs partnering closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Develop coach and retain engineering talent by fostering an inclusive high-performing culture focused on collaboration accountability and continuous learning.
- Optimize engineering resources and budgets balancing near-term execution priorities with long-term capability building and innovation.
- Establish performance visibility through meaningful metrics dashboards and capacity planning to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Drive standardization of engineering tools systems and processes to improve efficiency scalability and consistency across regions and product lines.

For This Role You Will Need:
- A bachelors degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams including geographically dispersed or global teams.
- Strong ability to work across cultures time zones and cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated success delivering results in a complex matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to assess processes identify gaps and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication leadership and decision-making skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship for this role.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience in the industrial valves or flow control industry.
- Advanced degree such as a masters in engineering or a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Experience in driving global engineering transformation standardization or digital initiatives.
- Exposure to product lifecycle management engineered-to-order environments or global manufacturing operations.
