Job Description:
Division Leadership & Strategy - Lead and manage the division in alignment with group the roadmap for growth delivery excellence and as the primary bridge between India operations the parent company in Germany and customer Relationship Management. Build and nurture strong client relationships across as a trusted advisor for customers understanding their business challenges and aligning the division in key client meetings escalations and strategic project governance SLA adherence and risk efficient operating models processes and best practices across Management & Development - Build mentor and lead a strong cross-functional continuous upskilling and professional development of team members.Working with Embitel
