Diploma Engineer Trainee, Service Engineer

We are now looking for Diploma Trainee who is passionate about working with our Crane Service this role you will be responsible for services and maintenance at site location.

Your key role:

1. Work assignments are planned by the branch (service planner) and assigned to the Trainee.
2. The Trainee accepts work packages and enters work against the SR/WP.
3. The Trainee cannot create new service requests (except through do work).
4. Record faults/exceptions using Risk & Recommendation method
5. Estimate labour hours and parts cost for repairs.
6. Perform Safety Review and Visit Review and record next steps.
7. Consult with our customers to permit informed buying decisions based on recommendations made.
8. Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standard

Qualifications :

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical

Location: Anywhere in India

Competencies and skills we expect for this role:

1. Good written and verbal communication in English any other language is a plus
2. Ability to work in teams
3. Knowledge of MS Office
