Digital Marketing Manager

Fur Ball Story is a leading Ayurvedic pet healthcare brand committed to providing safe natural and effective healthcare solutions for dogs and cats. We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing customer acquisition conversion optimization digital campaigns and growth strategy preferably from a pure D2C brand with X50 Cr annual revenue.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving online revenue improving marketing efficiency scaling customer acquisition and building a strong digital growth engine for Fur Ball Story.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing D2C digital marketing and performance marketing strategies managing and optimizing Meta Google Ads and other paid channels to drive revenue and customer acquisition.

The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring key metrics including ROAS CAC CPA CVR AOV and LTV planning and executing digital campaigns product launches and promotional campaigns analyzing customer journeys and optimizing the conversion funnel and website performance.

The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with creative teams to develop and test high-performing ad creatives and landing pages drive customer acquisition retention and repeat purchases through digital channels track campaign performance prepare reports and provide data-driven growth insights manage digital marketing budgets and identify opportunities to scale profitable channels.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles including performance marketing customer acquisition conversion optimization digital campaigns and growth strategy.

The candidate should also have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Google Ads Google Analytics Adobe Creative Cloud HubSpot and Marketo.
