Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Assist in setting up launching and monitoring paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search Performance Max Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) under supervision.
- Optimization Assistance: Support daily checks on audience targeting budget allocation bidding strategies and ad delivery learning to manage Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Keyword & Audience Research: Assist with keyword discovery and audience segment structuring to help capture high-intent leads and conversions.
- A/B Testing: Support structured experiments with ad copy visual assets headlines and landing pages to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- Data Tracking & Reporting: Help monitor conversion pixels (Meta Pixel Google Tag Manager) and assist in compiling weekly performance reports for business stakeholders.
Technical Skills & Requirements
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads dashboards (coursework certifications or self-learning acceptable hands-on experience not mandatory).
- Familiarity with core digital marketing KPIs: CTR CPC CPM CPA ROAS and Conversion Rate.
- Exposure to Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 is a strong advantage but not required.
- Willingness to learn dynamic remarketing setups and custom audience building.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for parsing data.
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to technical detail when verifying tracking URLs and campaign parameters.
- Eager learner ready to adapt to algorithmic changes on advertising networks.
- Good time management skills to handle multiple learning tasks concurrently.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and working closely with a mentor/senior marketer.
