Ownership of system configuration customization and application operations (2nd Level Support) for the Contract Management System (CMS) based on the vendor product.
End-to-end responsibility for analysis requirements gathering estimation planning and implementation of CMS configuration changes.
Operation and administration of the CMS and its interfaces including event management monitoring batch scheduling and log/error analysis.
Resolution of customer Incidents and Service Requests during regular service hours (MonSat 07:0018:00 CET).
Participation in 24x7 on-call support for high and critical incidents including customer public holidays.
Process automation for building versioning testing and deploying of CMS configuration changes.
Active involvement in Incident Problem and Change Management processes.
Close collaboration with BMW Business and IT departments and the software vendor including Azure Cloud infrastructure operations and 3rd-level product support.

Hands-on experience in Oracle DB SQL Java REST APIs (common data formats like YAML JSON or comparable) and Azure Cloud environment.
Experience with Incident Problem and Change management processes (ITIL) and working with common ITSM tools (like Service Now or comparable).
Exposure to batch scheduling and system monitoring (common tools like Control-M Rundeck Grafana Prometheus or comparable) and log/error analysis.
Experience with setup maintenance and usage of CI/CD pipelines (common tools / methods like GitHub Azure Repos Maven Jenkins Ansible TerraformYAML-Pipelineor comparable)
