Cloud / DevOps Engineer (Tooling & Infrastructure)

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivatedCloud / DevOps Engineerwith2 to 4 years of experienceto join our core Tooling this role you will be instrumental in buildingmaintaining and securing the enterprise-grade infrastructure and developer platforms that power our engineering groups.

While our primary ecosystem isMicrosoft Azure strong profiles with solid experience in AWS or GCP are welcome to apply. You will manage robust containerized environmentsoptimizeCI/CD pipelines ensure comprehensive system observability and help pioneer the integration of AI-assisted engineering tools into our internal platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

As part of the Tooling Team your day-to-day responsibilities will span core infrastructure administration vendor platform management and automated developer tooling:

• Platform & Tooling Management:Administer andoptimizeour enterprise-wide developer suite including GitHub EnterpriseJFrogArtifactory SonarQube Jira Service Management (JSM) Jira Support Portal and Confluence.

• Infrastructure & Security:Manage cloud-native foundational services including Azure DNS Cloudflare edge services and secure SFTP custom image baking OS hardening and endpoint/cloud security tracking via XSIAM and WIZ monitoring.

• Observability &Monitoring:Maintainend-to-end system visibility across all platforms using Dynatrace.

• AI Tooling Integration:Support the deployment hosting and operational best practices of custom internal AI Agents and developer productivity tools.

Technical Skills

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Kubernetes (AKS):Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Mustpossessa deep understanding of both Kubernetes administration (cluster setup RBAC networking storage node pools) and application development paradigms (manifests ingressesstatefulsets).

• Helm:Proficient in creating configuring and managing Helm charts to package and deploy complex reusable applications seamlessly onto Kubernetes clusters.

• ArgoCD:Solid experience withArgoCDforGitOps-based continuous delivery including managing application sync policies automated rollouts and cluster state reconciliation.

• DevOps & CI/CD Practices:

• Designing andmaintainingrobust automated pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI).

• Implementing deployment gates automated approval checks and branch protection rules.

• Embedding automated security testing (SAST/DAST) and artifact management.

• Continuous monitoring of pipeline health and deployment velocity.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC):Familiarity with Terraform for provisioning cloud infrastructure.

• Monitoring & Observability:Hands-on experience withDynatracefor full-stack monitoring synthetic tracking and setting up precise alerting thresholds.

• Docker & Containerization:Deep understanding of writing optimizedDockerfiles multi-stage builds container runtime configurations and image security.

• Artifact Management:Administration and usage ofJFrogArtifactoryfor secure registry hosting (Docker images Mavennpm NuGet etc.).

• Core Azure Services:Proficiencyacross core Azure services such as Azure Virtual Networks (VNets) Azure Compute/Virtual Machines Managed Identities and Azure Key Vault.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Agentic Engineering & AI Concepts:Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted development (vibe coding) prompt engineering and operationalizingAI Agents. Familiarity with managing agent constraints like specific runtime rules tool-calling skills model selection and token cost/usage tracking.

• Certifications:Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer ExpertorAzure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)orCertified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience:24 years of dedicated experience in a DevOps Cloud Engineering or Systems Engineering role.

• Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Mindset:A strong automation-first approach to problem-solving. Excellent documentation skills and a collaborative mindset to support internal developer communities.
