DevOps Engineer

Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer with 47 years of experience to manage and optimize cloud infrastructure CI/CD pipelines and production systems. This role requires an automation-first mindset and strong expertise in cloud (Azure) containerization and infrastructure as code to build scalable secure and reliable systems. Key Responsibilities Cloud & Infrastructure Manage and support Microsoft Azure (primary cloud) Work on: o Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) o Azure DevOps & Azure Pipelines o Networking IAM storage monitoring Support hybrid and on-premise environments Ensure high availability scalability and security Basic exposure to AWS / GCP CI/CD & Automation Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using: o Azure Pipelines GitHub Actions Jenkins GitLab CI Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform Automate workflows using Bash / Python / PowerShell Containerization & Orchestration Work with: o Docker o Kubernetes Manage deployments scaling and cluster operations Monitoring & Production Support Monitor system performance uptime and reliability Use tools like: o Prometheus Grafana ELK Datadog New Relic Handle incidents troubleshooting and RCA Maintain observability logging and alerting Cost Optimization & Security Track cloud usage and recommend cost optimizations (FinOps) Implement security best practices across infrastructure and CI/CD Support compliance and vulnerability management Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills 47 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering Strong hands-on expertise in: o Azure (preferred) o Docker & Kubernetes o Terraform (IaC) o CI/CD pipeline tools Basic knowledge of AWS / GCP Strong understanding of: o Networking (VPC/VNet Load Balancers) o Monitoring & logging o High availability & scaling Automation & Operations Strong automation mindset Experience in scripting and process optimization Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills Experience handling production environments Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Ownership-driven and proactive approach Comfortable working in a WFO setup in Gurugram Good-to-Have Skills GitOps tools (ArgoCD / FluxCD) Serverless (Azure Functions / AWS Lambda) FinOps exposure Service Mesh (Istio / Linkerd) Education Masters Degree / Post-Graduation (preferred)
