About Oivi:
Oivi is an ambitious and young medtech company developing a technology to overcome a huge challenge that impacts the lives of millions of people with diabetes. Our vision is to bring to market a low-cost artificial intelligence enabled fundus camera and automated diagnostics platform for early screening of Diabetic Retinopathy. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct demos and testing in the field along with engineers.
Participate in product validation testing including user experience (UX) research to understand the problem and the target users.
Maintain and upgrade existing systems as required.
Conduct and support eye camps and field-based health screening activities and clinical studies.
Collaborate with the sales team for demo setup and collect user feedback.
Work closely with engineers UX designers business teams and system analysts to support product enhancements.
Learn new tools skills and technologies relevant to the role and apply them proactively.
Handle customer queries related to OIVI devices and provide timely technical support and effective resolutions.
Support ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as required.
Adhere to Oivis standards for quality process and technical best practices.
Abide by Oivis Code of Ethics in all professional responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering healthcare or a related field.
13 years of experience in field operations product validation or healthcare support.
Exposure to user testing system installations or customer-facing environments is
preferred.
Familiarity with UX concepts and willingness to participate in research activities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Personal Profile:
Proactive and field-oriented with a hands-on approach.
Open to learning and flexible in adapting to changing tasks.
Comfortable working in diverse environments including healthcare field locations.
Team player with a customer-centric mindset.
