Developer | .NET Core, React, REST APIs & SQL Server

Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design develop and maintain robust web applications. This role is vital to delivering scalable secure and high-performance solutions that meet business needs. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative features optimize application performance and ensure the seamless integration of front-end and back-end components contributing to the organizations digital transformation goals.

Software Requirements

Required:

• Visual Studio (latest stable version)

• .NET Core 3.1 / .NET 5/6

• C# (latest version)

• MVC / Core

• SQL Server (latest versions)

• JavaScript and TypeScript

• ReactJS or Angular (latest versions)

• Git and version control systems

• CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps Jenkins or GitHub Actions

Preferred:

• Entity Framework Core

• Cloud platforms (Azure preferred AWS knowledge a plus)

• Containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes

• Familiarity with DevExpress Telerik or similar UI component libraries

Overall Responsibilities

Full Stack Developer will be responsible for end-to-end application development from backend logic to frontend UI. Key duties include designing scalable architectures implementing RESTful APIs developing user interfaces optimizing performance and ensuring security compliance. The developer will participate in code reviews troubleshooting and deploying solutions in cloud environments. The strategic focus is on delivering reliable maintainable and efficient systems aligned with organizational objectives with performance metrics centered on application stability security and user experience.

Technical Skills (By Category)

Programming Languages:

• Essential: C# (.NET Core / .NET 5/6) JavaScript TypeScript

• Preferred: Experience with Java or other backend languages

Databases/Data Management:

• Essential: SQL Server Entity Framework Core LINQ

• Preferred: NoSQL databases (e.g. Cosmos DB MongoDB)

Frameworks and Libraries:

• Essential: MVC/ Core ReactJS or Angular REST APIs

• Preferred: State management libraries like Redux NgRx

Development Tools and Methodologies:

• Essential: Visual Studio Git Agile/Scrum DevOps practices

• Preferred: Azure DevOps Jenkins Docker Kubernetes

Security Protocols:

• Knowledge of OAuth JWT authentication

• Secure coding practices SQL injection prevention data encryption

• Familiarity with OWASP security standards

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in full-stack development

• Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-level web applications

• Experience working with cloud deployment and microservices architecture is desirable

• Candidates with alternative career pathways such as extensive project-based work open-source contributions or certification programs are encouraged to apply

• Designing and developing scalable web applications and APIs

• Participating in sprint planning standups and retrospective meetings

• Collaborating with UI/UX designers QA testers and DevOps teams

• Performing code reviews debugging and troubleshooting complex issues

• Deploying applications to cloud environments and managing CI/CD pipelines

• Conducting performance tuning security assessments and documentation efforts

• Regularly updating stakeholders on project progress and technical solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Software Engineering or equivalent

• Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer MCSD) are advantageous
